Seasonal worker management
It is a system that allows foreigners to be legally hired for a short period of time to solve the chronic labor shortage during the agricultural and fishing season. This system is tailored to the reality of rural areas and has the effect of resolving the labor shortage in rural areas by introducing foreign workers. By dispatching and managing foreign workers to rural areas in Korea, we contribute to the development of the primary industry and provide foreigners with opportunities to learn Korean life and culture.

U.S. Employment-based Immigration of Unskilled Workers
Unskilled immigrants literally do not require special skills, and applicants are usually employed in simple or blue-collar jobs. Therefore, there are no restrictions on the applicant's career or educational background, and unlike in Australia or Canada, there is no English test required. For that reason, many students over the age of 20, full-time housewives, and middle-aged people are also applying.
